  • Unlimited email feedback and communication in regards to exercise, nutrition, pregnancy or postpartum (such a birth prep, postpartum mental health etc..)

Prenatal series
Our prenatal program includes a weekly workout via zoom to help moms learn how connect to their core and pelvic floor to prepare for child birth and beyond. Mobility and overall strength focused movement sessions

Postnatal series
Our postnatal program includes a weekly workout via zoom to help moms learn how connect to their core and pelvic floor after birth and build overall strength through functional movements. Mobility and stretching included in each session, much needed for new moms!

Postnatal level 1
Ideal for moms 6 weeks to 16 weeks postpartum including beginners

Postnatal level 2
Ideal for moms 16 weeks to 1 year postpartum with intermediate fitness level
